13. Service Fees

Walbrand Properties & Interiors charges service fees for property viewing requests based on the number of bedrooms. These fees cover property verification, viewing coordination, and administrative costs. All fees are payable in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and are non-refundable once the viewing is confirmed.

Service Fee Structure

The service fees are calculated as follows, regardless of location:

• Single Room / Bedsitter / 1 Bedroom: KES 1,000
• 2 Bedrooms: KES 1,500
• 3+ Bedrooms: KES 2,000

Important Notes:

• Service fees are calculated automatically based on the property's bedroom count
• Single rooms and bedsitters are charged the same fee as 1-bedroom properties
• Fees must be paid before the property viewing takes place
• All fees are non-refundable once the viewing appointment is confirmed
• Payment can be made via M-Pesa, bank transfer, or other approved methods
• By submitting a viewing request, you agree to pay the calculated service fee
